Low Carb Beefy Meat Loaf

Ingredients
- 2 pounds 80/20 Ground beef
- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 2 cups Crushed Pork rinds
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ⅓ cup Reduced sugar ketchup
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except for the ketchup until well combined. Press the mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake for 30 minutes. After the initial 30 minutes, spread ketchup on top and continue baking for another 25-35 minutes.
