Ingredients

  • 2 starfruit sliced and seeds removed
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 2 cups strawberries hulled and sliced into quarters
  • 2 cups watermelon cubed
  • 2 ounce lime juice (juice of 2 limes)
  • 2 tbsp mint diced
  • 1/4 tsp liquid stevia for sweetness (optional)

Instructions

    1. Whip up this refreshing salad in just a few minutes! Combine all the fruits in a spacious mixing bowl.
    2. Then lightly drizzle with lime juice and liquid stevia.
    3. Finish by garnishing with fresh mint. Ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • It may be a good idea to hold back on the stevia (sweetener) if on a low carb diet.
